I was diagnosed with hyperthyrodism on last November 2005 when my brother in-law noticed I was shaking while pouring water into his cup during a festival. But the symptomps of this disease didn't start at that time. As far as I can remember, all the symptomps like fatigue, breathlessness, palpitations, nervousness and weight loss had happened to me about 3 years earlier. I had gone to several clinics and medical center to tell the doctors about my problem, but the same answer was given "Go get some rest, and eat well".

Looking at all the symptomps including the one that I had just acquired-tremor, my mother in-law suggested it might be hyperthyroidism. Yeah, she was right and the day when my blood test result came out, the doctor who treated me was quite shocked seeing at my T1 and T4 level--they were 4 times higher than the normal level.

I was then referred to endocrinologist and until now still on carbimazole treatment. I'll try my best to update my health status and hopefully it will bring some goods to other patients.
